Chinese Roast Duck
Our Duck dishes all use the best cuts of duck breast from select farmers. We choose better quality meat with less fat and more flavour, and slow roast them with a blend of Chinese herbs and spices until it’s crispy skin is bursting with flavour and the meat is tender all the way through.
Honey Roasted Duck with a Soy Drizzle
A sweet and salty classic with Duck Roasted in a honey glaze, then sliced onto a bed of shredded Napa Chinese Leaf, and drizzled with dark soy sauce. Perfect served on a steaming bowl of Stir Fried Noodles.
Sliced Roast Duck Peking Style
This North-eastern Chinese Classic is made with sliced roast duck served with carrots, pepper and onions, all smothered in our Peking Sweet Chilli sauce, and garnished with slices of fresh red chilli.
Roasted Duck with Jubilee Plum Sauce
A Cantonese classic, this dish is made with fresh sliced Roast Duck and drizzled with a sweet sauce with the flavour of salted Jubilee plums.
Each of these dishes comes with Chips. Upgrade to Egg Fried Rice or Boiled Rice for 95p, or Stir Fried Noodles for £1.95.
