Our Lamb Fillets are all selected for their quality from British Farmers - so you can be sure for a cut of meat that is juicy and tender. Each rack is marinated in a vibrant mix of traditional Chinese herbs and spices, then slow cooked until they’re perfectly done.

Wok-Seared Lamb Chops Mongolian Style

Wok-seared British Lamb Fillets seasoned with Mongolian Cumin Spices and served with sautéed Spring Onions and a mix of Sweet Soy and Oyster sauce.

Hong Kong Style Black Pepper Lamb Fillets

British Lamb fillets grilled with chilli pepper and onions, then coated in a traditional Hong Kong style Black Pepper Sauce.

Stir Fried Ginger Spring Onion Lamb Fillets

Cooked in a Chinese Rice Wine and Garlic, then seasoned with a Ginger Sauce and garnished with Spring Onion
