Steamed Dim Sum & Buns
Dim Sum is an ancient tradition from China of small bites of steamed or fried dishes such as dumplings and steamed buns. Our Siu Mai and Har Kau are Chinese classic dumplings and pair perfectly with our homemade dips.
Japanese style Gyoza use thinner pastry and have lighter flavours - which makes them perfect for toasting in the wok.
